White wine oxidizes quickly, so the less expose to warm temperatures and open air the wine has the longer it will last. If you open a bottle of wine, seal it with an airtight seal and then refrigerate, the wine can last up to 3 or 4 days. A special pump that removes excess air from the bottle can make the wine last an extra day.
