Genetics have a great deal to do with hair growth as does stress and age, but in general, you can expect your hair to grow about half an inch per month, or six inches throughout the course of a year. Hair can grow more quickly during the summer months as hair cell division accelerates in the warmer months.
i keep going through different phases with my hairstyles depending on my phase at the moment i really want my hair long because im going through a phase where i really wantto be popular so my hair needs to be long and, curly how long will it take coz at the moment i get called a freak and i really want to look pretty again and, i dont want to look like a freak because my hair is messed up i wanted to be different my hair was blonde but because every one else had blonde hair and i thought it looked tacky even though my hair was natrually blonde so i dyed my hair black but ive ruined my hair colour now and thats why people call me a freak. please help me
I’m sorry that you feel that way. No one has a right to call you a freak, you shouldn’t be around people who make you feel bad about yourself. These people are shallow and will end up nowhere in their lives. You should be thankful, it’s only hair! it will grow. You are healthy and have your eyes to see and your legs to walk. Enjoy your life:)
I’ve dyed my hair black before and it looked terrible because the black color looked a little fake, the best remedy to fix that is to add henna on your hair. You can find henna in indian supermakerts. Leave it in for 1 hour and then washi it. The henna will strip away the dark black color and leave you with a lighter black with a hint of red. It will look gorgeous! At the same time, henna is very good for your hair because it’s a natural extract from a plant.
Another choice you have is to go to the salon and strip the color, but that will damage your hair. Since you wrote your comment in May, I assume that your hair has grown.. how does it look now?
As for your hair growing fast, unfortunately, there’s no miracle pill or creme to grow your hair, however, hair is made up of 90% protein so you can increase your protein intake through food and protein shakes. That might help.
Since it’s been almost 4 months, your hair has grown, go to another salon you trust and get your hair fixed so that it makes you feel pretty again!
Don’t feel bad, people are cruel, just focus on making a few good friends, study well, get a good job and be the best you can be.. and you’ll see, confidence within always shows on the outside.
Be confident!!:)
my hair hasnt grown in awhile and everyday when i look at it, it looks like it just gets shorter and shorter. is there a way for it to grow without taking the vitamins/ medicine? is it okay if i were to take the medicine to make my hair grown longer? my hair was really long until i cut it a few months ago but since then it looks the same if not shorter and i want my long hair back
